They book a demo
When they book the demo, they type your school's name in the “Referred by” box. That's how we know it's your referral, and how they get their discount.
They complete a demo
Once they complete the demo, you will receive $100.
They sign up
If they start a paid plan within 90 days of the demo, your school receives $250 and they get $250 off their first year.
The rules
We love that you're telling your friends about FillMyClass. We have outlined a few rules below to help keep it fair for everyone.

General
- Rewards are for paying schools. Your school needs an active, paid FillMyClass plan when the referral is made and when each reward is paid.
- What counts as a school. A single school, or a whole multi-school organization, including a district. An organization counts once either way: referring another campus in your own organization doesn't count, and referring several campuses of the same organization is one referral, even if they book separate demos or sign up separately.
Which schools count
- New to us. The school can't be a current or past FillMyClass customer, and can't already have booked a demo with us.
- Named when they book. The new school has to enter your school's name in the “Referred by” box when it books its demo. This is how we know it's your referral.
- Refer as many schools as you like. Your school earns one demo reward and one sign-up reward for each new school that names yours when it books. The new school gets its first-year discount, not these rewards. Your total is limited only by the annual cap.
How rewards work
- The demo has to happen. Booking one isn't enough, and no-shows don't count. The demo must be with someone who helps decide how that school handles coverage.
- 90 days to sign up. The sign-up reward applies if the school starts a paid plan within 90 days of its demo.
- The new school's discount. A referred school that signs up within 90 days of its demo gets $250 off its first-year invoice. It doesn't combine with first-year partner pricing; they get whichever saves more.
- When rewards are paid. We pay the demo reward within 30 days of the demo. We pay the sign-up reward within 30 days after the new school's 90-day fit guarantee ends, as long as they've paid their invoice. If they take the guarantee refund, there's no sign-up reward.
- Capped at what you paid. Referral refunds can't exceed the amount your school paid for its current subscription year. Any amount above that limit doesn't carry over.
- Paid to the school. Rewards are issued as partial refunds of your school's subscription payment. We don't pay individual staff members.
Keeping it fair
- Keep it genuine. Refer schools you actually know. If you recommend us publicly, like in a newsletter, a social post, or a conference talk, mention that your school earns a referral reward.
- Updates to the rules. We may decline referrals that look like they're gaming the program, and we may change or end the program.
